SUSPENSION & PROHIBITION
![]() If the driver in the GDL program is suspended for a period of 3 months or greater, the suspension is followed by a return to the beginning of the GDL period with no credit given for previously passed tests or driver training actions ![]() Lower driver penalty point threshold: Drivers start with 4 points on their driving record and they receive an additional 2 points on the anniversary date of their first licence to a maximum of 10 points
